Would you recommend your job to someone else?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 10, 2008:

depends on which job.  the office job ...no... nice people, but soul destroying.  Corporations have no imagination - they pay marketing people to have an imagination for them.  not allowed to think outside the box, but expected to be a "team player".  pays well, but at what cost.

the other job is as musician - I recommend everyone become one.  if anyone ever told you that you can't sing - they were WRONG... everyone can and should...it is such a great feeling.  I just need to tap into the universal wow and attract people to their muscial destiny... ahhhh le luia...baby.

Creative Women's Support Group - Toronto

I've started a support group for creative women in the GTA.

This group will meet monthly or more to brainstorm, discuss, vent, extoll, express, ignite and support our individual creative projects.

If you are a writer, singer, dancer, visual artist, musician etc. and are wanting to discuss ideas around the creative process then I hope you will join us.

Our first meeting of 2008 is this saturday morning 9:30-11:30.  If you are interested please contact me.

I think about the nature of wanting...how it never goes away, how satisfaction seems elusive.  I think about stimulation - where it lurks.  I think about the puzzle that I can't find people to really talk to about life.  I think about daisies and where I can find some on new year's eve.  :)
